LMS Reflexology

I have been struggling with pain for approx a year. Ive had weekly then two weekly chiropractor appts but nothing was working to relieve the pain. After ONE session with Louise, my pain had lessened, but more importantly, she found what may have been the cause of the pain, one leg was slightly shorter than the other. She provided me with some simple exercises to do from home and miraculously, the pain has gone! I wasnt a sceptic before but was sitting on the fence; now Im a firm believer :-)

Have had 3 sessions of EFT (tapping) with Louise. Wasn't sure what to expect from it initially, but knew I needed some help in managing my anxiety levels which were affecting my mental and physical health. Firstly she has a lovely treatment room attached to her house with a heated couch! Relaxing background music adds to the the ambience. Louise herself is very warm and easy to talk to. She really put me at my ease and listened to what I told her without probing for information or appearing judgemental. She guided me through the various steps in tapping, gauging my responses throughout. I repeated the exercises she taught me each night at home. After the second session with her I felt I was starting to manage my anxiety levels a little better. After the third session I was finding I could actually go to sleep at night without being kept awake for hours with my worries and intrusive thoughts. For the first time i can switch off and not feel overwhelmed. I now visit Louise for reflexology as I can confidently continue the tapping exercises by myself without the need for Louise to guide me through it. I thoroughly recommend.

I started seeing Louise when I was pregnant and the care she took around this and how I felt after sessions was incredible. It really helped with so many of the symptoms! Since giving birth the treatments now include sound healing which I can feel working throughout my whole body. The attention to detail and the beautiful, relaxing space where Louise carries out her treatments makes it feel like such a treat, with all the added health benefits! I wholeheartedly recommend this service.

Louise is an amazing reflexologist! After just one treatment with her, my Plantar fasciitis pain has completely gone and my stress levels are significantly reduced too. Im now seeing her monthly to keep my wellbeing in check. Xx

I absolutely love every single treatment I have with Louise. Everyone I have recommended to her have also felt amazing after their treatments. I wouldnt go anywhere else and always look forward to my next appointment.
