Honiton Post Office

Staff have no interest in serving customers would rather go on a lunch break at 12.55 and claim its 13.00 there was two more customers in the line and he turned us both away and all I needed to do was put some money on my card so wasnt exactly a big ask Also I go in and majority of the time its closed because they seem to make their mind up on when to open and close the least they can do is have set opening and closing hours

Absolutely wonderful...nice and spacious, up- to- date with self service tills and the staff are so nice and pleasant.

Only reason for 2.i have looked in three different sites for opening hours. One says 8.30. Next says 9.00 Next says 9.30. Surely they could they could change the opening hours on sites

Really frustrated with this place. Generally people are nice when they serve you but its if you get served thats the problem. Theres never enough staff on & they close it at random times without notice, both in the afternoon & at lunchtime so its a nightmare if you work. Ive even tried changing my lunch break around to try & make sure I get there but to no avail. They also dont always put signs up. Apparently they cant get enough staff because of people being frustrated at things being closed, having to wait for ages or services not being delivered but this could be helped by notifying people about these issues, before they make the effort to go in to the post office. There never seemed to be these issues when it was attached to the sorting office, can we go back to how it was please? This new service just isnt good enough.
