Very unprofessional, rude, and loads of hidden fees. Would definitely avoid using if you can help it. I have spoken to other people who coincidentally have had dealings with Sarah and every person has had the same awful experience.

I rented through Millstock for 2 years, great friendly service. Sarah is really helpful and approachable. When ever there was work that needed doing on the house it was always done quickly and without any problems. As a first time renter it was good to have a letting agent who I felt I could trust and rely on. Would recommend them.

I cant recommend Millstock enough. As a first time renter I was somewhat apprehensive as to how it all worked but I needn't have worried, Sarah took me through the whole process from initial enquiry up to moving in and made it feel effortless. Always ready to help with any problems no matter how big or small. I've used Millstock twice now and both times have been an absolute pleasure and I can't see myself using any other agent in the foreseeable future.
