        Fantastic collection of carefully sourced top quality meats. Particular favourites include then free-range chickens from Upottery and the caveman pork chops! Laurie also uses a range of exceptional marinades, spice mixes and seasonings to create ready-to-cook meaty treats, e.g Jamaican Jerk butterflied lamb and tandoori chicken legs.
