Go Mobile Honiton

Very poor service. I visted the Honiton shop about 2+ years ago when I was delighted with the service. They advised me that I should consider whether to get a new contract at the expiry of the contract I had, but due to Covid problems, I should make an appointment, which I did, as per their request, for Saturday 24th October at 11am. On arrival there a few minutes early, I found the shop closed. I could perhaps understand this, but on my return, the shop was still closed. I waited for a few minutes and rang them, being put through to their ansafone service. When there was no reply within another 15 minutes or so (and as it was cold and raining), I left. It seemed odd that the shop was unmanned and it is even more extraordinary that an appointment made about 48 hours earlier, was overlooked. The Honiton shop does not even deserve one star!

Was served by member of staff who was ill mannered and sloppy in attitude on numerous occasions over several years, so when last contract came up I went elsewhere. Visited shop again June 2019 to support elderly neighbour who had been experiencing impatient, unhelpful advice from staff member on more than one occasion re her pay as you go phone. We were served by the same patronising and sarcastic male member of staff, who failed again to help customer adequately, and clearly did not care. He has no idea about customer service...... they must be desperate for staff!!
