Jake at ReBalance helped me with a historic shoulder injury to help rehabilitate it as well as strengthen it for rugby. He also helped me with a running related injury and made sure I was able to run the half marathon I had been training for! Jake is very knowledgeable and personable, his approach meant I understood the why behind the exercises he gave me as well having a better understanding of my shoulder injury.

Absolutely brilliant physio. I was close to despair with a foot problem and Abby took a completely new approach which transformed my recovery. She really nailed the root cause of the issue and supported me every step of the way back to running pain free. The level of attention to detail and care is fantastic.

I first went to AR Sports Therapy inbetween Lockdowns after picking up an injury from under activity & over training too quickly. We started back at the beginning with a mixture of massage, rehab exercises & adapting a training plan to get my technique back. Abi is so knowledgeable in her field aswell as recommending & keeping things realistic about training routines. Abi is professional, methodological, a great listener & results driven. She helped me get back into as I did pre lockdown & reinforced the importance of training mindfully with a mind muscle connection.

Abby and her team are great at finding and treating the cause of an injury and in doing so I am able to maintain my training for the various running and cycling events that I enjoy.
