I recently sold my house through Humberts. Alex Coates dealt with the sale of my house personally. It was a great comfort to me having the assistance and expertise of Alex Coates dealing with selling my property in Devon whilst I was living in Norway, which was quite a task. Alex went out of his way to make this sale as smooth as possible, from dealing with purchasers, my solicitors, surveyors and also any minor issues which turned up. Making sure that any queries I had were immediately delt with, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Alex is very understanding, polite and extremely efficient. I would highly recommend Humberts, to anyone.

I was very pleased indeed to discover Mandy and Alex at Humberts; they worked very closely with me whenever needed and successfully sold our property in a matter of weeks, which was very much appreciated. Helped to push things forward as and when and really cared about the whole process from start to finish. Very personable, real people who genuinely care about their work and the properties they are involved with. Highly recommend.

Proactive, professional, always enthusiastic. I couldn't have wished to deal with a better agent. We recently bought a house through them and they were a pleasure to deal with. They also represented the seller exceptionally well - actively working to help the sale go through. We now have them manage our property. I had the absolute pleasure of buying a small property through Humberts in Honiton, Devon. Alex Coates made the purchase a breeze and nothing was too much trouble. I cant thank Alex enough and would recommend anyone use Humberts because the customer service and experience was excellent.
