        We've always tried to support local stores, even in today's competitive landscape, went in today to take advantage of their half price offer and the lady at the till was extremely helpful in locating our electronic voucher code and saving us a further 3. Even before today we've been impressed with the service.

        Whilst visiting family in the area I ran out of supplements, popped into store and the lady called ira or ina was very rude and unhelpful. Unprofessional in her approach I am severely disappointed with my visit. I've been a customer of holland and barrett for many years, staff are usually really helpful however on this visit they were not so I left without any products and ordered online instead.
