        Dear Lisa thank you for response to my review. As I stated I was impressed with your products until I had a problem. I have an aromatherapy qualification and I know the difference between Lavender and Geranium. I did, in fact, ask for a return label but it was not forthcoming. I was asked to return the item to one of your stores. As I live 2.5 hours away that is not very convenient. I object to your suggestion that I was 'working the system'. My first discount was through buying products in your Exeter store and I received a discount code off my next order. Please do not try to humiliate your customers. I will not order again. Thankyou for your understanding.
