Cowboys! They string you along for months, so make sure you get everything written down in an email rather than rely on phonecalls. My solicitor couldn't communicate with me or my ex's solicitor which made an unpleasant situation even harder. Dont expect updates you will have to chase them every step of the way. My solicitor kept getting the address wrong, missed mortgage deadlines, failed to send emails and was so rude and unapologetic about it. I didn't write a review when they finished my case last year because I was exhauseted and sick of it but last week I recieved an email with a pdf of an important document with no explanation or apology as to why i'm recieving it a year after I've paid them and the address was still wrong! Asked to send a printed copy and have heard nothing back. Avoid this firm they will makes things incredibly stressful!

They are brilliant. Easy access to help, really friendly. I have used them several times mainly in Axminster but also the Honiton branch. I always recommend them to friends and family and they are also impressed with the level of efficient service
