        Phoned twice to enquire about a new door, was told someone would be in touch both times but never happened, needless to say went elsewhere.

        Nervous after Otter Windows taken over by Brittania but in the end the service we got was Otter Windows, the firm we like and is very ably managed from the tiny Honiton office. Window fitter was under strict instructions to get the installation to the standard now required to match an expensive kitchen installation and the result turned out to be done in a friendly helpful manner with a perfect result, thank you.
