I reached out to Simon from Site Review UK to support with my new Etsy Shop and he didn't disappoint. My initial request was for advice around Etsy Search Engine Optimisation, to encourage more organic traffic and sales, and Simon quickly got to work. In the process of reviewing my listings for ideal SEO, Simon picked up on tweaks I could make within my listings and offered really useful links on how I could optimise my shop further. Simon even went beyond the call of duty and offered some ideas for new listings in specific niches. An overall great experience and some healthy insight into how I can grow my shop!

Simon is so friendly and helpful - and knows what he is doing around a computer. The stuff he has done for me (creating a Facebook page and improving our website search engine optimisation) has helped me and my new company greatly. I cant thank him enough. Simon is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and honest - all essential qualities when working with someone for the first time. I love the detailed reports he sent me at the end of the job, where he detailed the work he did and included how-to-do-it-yourself lists so that I can complete some tasks myself in the future.
