        How refreshing to find someone who is not only hugely knowledgeable, but super efficient and fixed what I thought was a problem that couldn't be fixed in less than 24 hours. Would recommend and definitely use again! Thanks Doug

        I have had Doug fix some really difficult machines over the last 25 years. He has NEVER let me down always doing the job at high speed and is a brilliant technician and also a really nice man too.

        Doug Richmond provides fast, friendly, professional advice with expert technical support on a wide range of computer services at a very affordable price. Doug saved us from having to buy two new laptops which was a really nice surprise. Both our old laptops run faster now than they did when they were new and all the data is now safe! Doug is great and we would highly recommend him to anyone at any time.
