        popped in for a coffee today as i do every week (sometimes more than once), & despite me sporting an orange raincoat - i became invisible? Two staff on & not busy, they served the person in front of me & then proceeded to have some jolly banter between themselves - totally ignoring me? just an acknowledgement that i was there - 'be with you shortly' 'be with you in a minute' or suchlike would have sufficed. After a good 5 minutes+ with nothing, i left.
