Eastcote House

I stayed with Roger and Jenny the night before collecting my son from Exeter University as their B&B was highly recommended by my aunt and uncle who live in Honiton. Normally I would have stayed with my relatives but due, to renovation work, they suggested Eastcote House instead which did prove to be a home from home. A warm and welcoming host and hostess, Roger and Jenny provide a very friendly and convivial atmosphere and my spacious en-suite room overlooked a beautiful tranquil garden. Breakfast was excellent too with a large range of fruits, cereals , yoghurts and the house special of course, which tided me over the long drive back home again. The location of Eastcote House sits centrally to many attractions in the south-west which Roger and Jenny will gladly give you all the details of. Honiton is not too far from Exeter and for people wanting a chilled out place to stay without the traffic, Eastcote is the ideal place to stay with off-street parking available. A big thank you to Roger and Jenny who run a first class bed and breakfast with a very genial approach.

We recently returned from our stay at Eastcote House. Roger & Jennie were terrific hosts, they made us feel very welcome (even in these strange COVID times) and were on hand in the mornings to recommend places to visit in the local area. The breakfast was spectacular, a wide range of choice using local and homemade produce where possible, can highly recommend the homemade granola and bacon sandwiches! The en-suite bedroom has a new and really comfortable bed, the views out of the window are stunning on a sunny morning. The location of Eastcote House is ideal for exploring Honiton and surrounding areas, we never struggled to find somewhere to eat or things to do. Thank you Roger & Jennie for a wonderful stay.
