I had a very positive experience....my appointment went ahead on time & the staff were very friendly & helpful.

Very rude and incompetent staff. Waited ages to get help then the woman threw a tantrum because I questioned why we were going through the same rigmarole as we had done five weeks ago with her and still we are denied access to our savings. Have been trying since 4th May to get access to our savings. All written and telephone contact with them is ignored. No reply received, not even an acknowledgement. Finally tried going to a branch ( Honiton ). Staff are of no help and don't even know how their own systems work or how to get further help. Once our money is returned to us, When??? will never go near Barclays again.
