        From the outset, John Norfolk carefully listened to my requirements for a total house renovation and rear extension project. The draft set of drawings were 90% towards what I had verbally described. With a few adjustments here and there, a final set of drawings were produced that 'ticked all my requirements boxes'. The Building Plans team are a level headed, experienced, professional company who produce design ideas which they know will comply with local planning regulations. I have found them to be helpful, considerate and always available to discuss my design and planning questions. Excellent value for money and a pleasure to do business with
