A couple of weeks later I had a phone call to say they couldn't get a patent seal and i needed a genuine one and the cost will now be 155.
I agreed to the work only to collect my vehicle yesterday to be told the bill was 246.83.
When I queried the bill the lady behind the counter told me it took 2 hours instead of 1.
I tried to explain this was nearly 100 more than I had budgeted for but she shouted to the back room that 'she thinks the bill is too high ' the response from a man came back to take the extra hour off because I had been quoted for 1 hour.
The lady then proceeded to tell me off that I had caused the business to loose money.
I paid the bill and said thank you for her to say to me 'why are you still here?' I replied by saying you haven't given me my car key.
I'd have thought a diff seal was bread and butter and they would know how much to charge!
The whole experience was awful.
