We bought a system from Andrew just over a year ago after we had originally seen their Facebook advertising and discussing their system options. Ordering and getting an install was fairly straight forward and at this point we where happy with the process and communication level. A short while down the line we noticed some faults with the system which turned out to be a complete flaw in the build/design of the unit. At this point communication became stalled and difficult. 8 months of pestering (emails, whatsapp messages, voicemails and messages left at the office) we finally got a date to take the system back to be repaired. At this stage I would like to point out that Paul the engineer is a great bloke and a credit to the business. Unfortunately repair 1 did not work and after a little dancing around we managed to get booked in for a 2nd attempt to repair which was again unsuccessful. We managed to arrange a 3rd visit to their depot again all at our cost, and this time we had what can only be described as a dirty rebuild of our system which now means it works. Thank goodness. Once again however Andrew is avoiding all of our call, messages and voicemails which seems to be their go to mode for avoiding discussions and as they refuse to discuss any repercussions or compensation for the fact that firstly we have had to buy no less than 4 different batteries for our system at an average price (mean) of 90, multiple trips of 2 hours each way to their depot to attempt resolution and of course the fact that we had a system unfit for purpose for nearly 12 months from purchase. After sales and customer service is clearly not taken seriously at Brian Nixons Ltd. and as such I would highly recommend you do not take a risk with your money and go elsewhere for your kit.
