I bought a volvo v90 a few weeks back from gold cars. I must say the staff were great and the car was one of the best condition used cars I've ever bought. I've had an issue with the rear light which has had water ingress. The car is under volvo warranty but said they didn't cover water ingress. Gold cars said no problem and sorted the issue for free of charge in which volvo wanted over 500. Can't recommend enough.

Superb buying experience, no pressure, was left to check the car over at my own pace and when I was ready we took a test drive. Sorting out the details was easy and I was able to drive home my new car on the same day. Big thanks to Matt!

Easily the best dealership experience you can get in the uk, it is very easy to find and accessible, the customer service is 10/10 the in person and over the phone customer service from Matt and Tim the sales rep were outstandingly amazing and down to earth, they even answer the phone at closing time, they still give you after support after you buy the car and have it delivered, and last but not least the Delivery Driver/Valet chap Duncan, who will make sure you are happy with your vehicle and reassure you that you can contact the car show room if their are any problems with the car or general Queries obviously depending on your warranty status and AA Etc and he did a spanking job on the complementary car wash as-well Many thanks again.

In all honesty dont know much about cars as Im a young driver and it was my first time buying a car my self and putting my car in part ex. Matt, was extremely helpful by going through everything step by step and taking the time to explain everything. He was very patient with me when things went wrong or took longer than expected to get things that was required. When receiving the car it was spotless and exactly how he explained it over the phone and messages. He was very happy and had a good personality about him which made me less stressed about the whole situation! I would like to thank him for helping me get my dream car and the business was a delight also!

Purchased a used car from long distance. I was sent videos of the car showing every detail and imperfection. Any queries dealt with quickly to enable me to make a decision without needing to travel to the garage. When I purchased the car I was picked up in the car from the train station at the offer of the garage. Would recommend.
