A class act - went out of their way to help me use one of their tools in an emergency, even though I hadn't even bought anything from them. Their customer service for actual customers must be incredible!

Recently had dealings with Tom in parts at orange bikes and i felt compelled to leave this glowing review .Tom has to be the most helpful sales person i have ever dealt with , a real breath of fresh air and a credit to the Orange brand, which is amazing in its own right

Ive had my patriot for a while, orange are always quick to reply to emails and really helpful whenever I have a question. Ill definitely be buying another one soon.

Bought a 2020 clockwork evo 29er frame from Minster Cycles in Hull, absolutely love this bike, the craftsmanship is fantastic but what Iove more then anything is their amazing customer service especially their aftersales. One of my internal dropper post guides fell out on the trail (using an old external dropper until funds allow an internal one) emailed the guys at Orange as I could not see them to buy on their website. They couldn't have been more helpful and sent me a couple of replacements out in the post within a couple of days. Definitely don't get that from other big market players, because of this aftersales service and they fact the bike is an absolute weapon on my local trails, I will be buying another Orange when I upgrade/replace it, keep up the good work guys it's such a refreshing change to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers.
