Needed a washing machine desperately, and was being fussy with the type and colour I wanted. But it was such an easy process with an amazingly friendly and helpful man, I had my brand new washer delivered and connected within less than a week of making the initial phone call, amazing company I would highly recommend to every A***

The representative that came to me was very rude on the phone and contradicted his decision within my cooker order was told 3 diffrent things in the phone call felt he has decided not to go ahead with my order because he needed to set up a new mandate and he couldn't be botherd comein out to me again as my bank account was a savings account and didnt realise it would not accept direct debits al that was needed was to change the bank account he told me he would then told me he would have to start from the beginning and his uncle who he is in partnership with said not 2

Order was quick and easy, didnt have the dryer I wanted so got a better version for the same price. Delivery was quick and efficient, overall great service.
