        Generally very friendly and helpful and I have used them a lot in the past, but no more. My partner's #Mini #Cooper went in for an interim service which included replacing the existing Bosch plugs with new #Bosch #ZQR8SI302 plugs as the car was experiencing a misfire when idling. The new plugs did not cure the misfire and the car went back in for further diagnosis but the cause could not be found. However, Volksworks had inadvertently installed three mechanically faulty plugs. These were new Bosch plugs but with a fatal flaw in that the ceramic core was not secure in the steel shank that screws into the cylinder head and after 5,000 miles of use plug 3, in cylinder 3, disintegrated causing damage to the piston and bore. Clearly I took this up with the company, its supplier and Bosch. Spent a lot of time explaining to Volksworks why this was caused by materials they had supplied, went through the appropriate approach to get a resolution and was left with the impression that certain parties believed I had done the damage on purpose! Up to now the issue has not been resolved - don't somehow believe it will be and clearly I have taken my business elsewhere - can't afford to have another car wrecked. Service: Auto engine diagnostic
