        Great mix of gift shop and alcohol. Gave my FIL a surprise when sampling the mead. Loved it though and ended up buying a bottle. Dog friendly.

        You must visit this place if you visit Holy island, I was given a free sample of my mead before buying. The mead was very nice, like a honey wine is how I would describe it. The staff members were absolutely great

        It's a must visit the Lindisfarne Mead shop if you are on Holy Island. Great selection of local produce. I highly recommend the mulled wine

        Shop was very well stocked, we will say that and you expect a lot of tourist gifts in there. But after saying to each other how friendly the people are in Northumbria and then coming to Holy Island for our anniversary, we were shocked by how rude one of the female members of staff in there was. I said hello and was completely ignored. No smile, no acknowledgement. A real shame and it put us off going in there again.
