I bought a gorgeous little bag from here on my last day. Through no fault of the shops (it was a different companys product) the bag strap broke when I got home. I emailed the shop and they were fantastic in resolving the issue and sent out a brand new bag quickly. Definitely puts you at ease knowing it could be sorted even when you cant physically be at the shop! Definitely recommend a visit.
