im going to copy pretty much another persons review, as exact thing happened to me. I bought from Hyper drug for the first time and the customer service was appalling. I paid 7.50 extra for Express delivery. The website said Express delivery is next working day. If you charge a customer for express delivery, you should dispatch the same day and courier overnight to the local delivery depot so it arrives the next day. That was also implied by their website, which promised next working day delivery. To compound it What a terrible company. Avoid at all costs. Update : after writing this, they challenged this review , i did email them & the response i got was " they order the items in , before they get shipped out"... so on there website when it says in stock, it actually means in stock somewhere else, were they order themselves to then ship out. ( hence the massive wait for delivery's ) Update 2 : if you look at their reply to this feedback. ( they are now stating I'm a pet shop - ( I'm not - ) ) .. anything for a sorry excuse of bad customer service

Do not recommend using these due to a recent experience which was very poor. Purchased Chloramphenicol from these recently, however, it took ages to arrive and as the product is required to be stored between 4-8 degrees centigrade before thermal degradation takes place I had to dispose of it. They think that placing a small cryopak in the parcel is acceptable, despite the parcel taking an age to arrive with the cryopak pierced, which then spilled all over the product inside. I did mail Hyperdrug outlining my concerns relating to heat degradation of Chloramphenicol but they were not interested in the slightest. Very rude reply and nothing mentioned about their 14 day customer satisfaction. Thank heavens the product was only 10. I managed to get it from my local chemist in the end for 5.98. Fresh from their fridge! AVOID!

This company's processes do not work (this is a reoccuring experience). Upon order confirmation you are required to send a copy of your prescription, not a problem. The issue arises in the fact that the company does nothing with this information, it must go to an inbox that isn't monitored. Resulting in unnecessary delays and emailing. What's the point in paying for a next day delivery service when it's actually only next day once they've bothered to check the black hole email account. On the flip side, once they actually process your order, the goods are always delivered as described and well packaged. If anyone with influence reads this, please change your processes, on several occasions my dog has been left for days without the medication he needs because of incompetence and poor processes.
