        Awful. We tried to book a taxi for 7pm. Were told driver couldn't get to us until 7:10 - totally fine. Except he arrived 20 mins early, but didn't call or let us know he was there, so just drove off. We called at the time he was meant to arrive, 7:10, to be called stupid and told it was our fault, and he was 'on the next job' nothing he could do, leaving us stranded in rural Somerset, missing our anniversary dinner.
