Hired a Luton Van. The van got us from A to B and back again but it was absolutely filthy in the cab. Hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The pockets in the door were caked in mud.

Booked a van to pick up from Anchor Hill wincanton, or so I thought. Arrived on the agreed day only to find out it had been entered on a totally random day later in the month. The response from the chap there was "I didn't book it", so I was left with no van and no attempt made to help resolve my situation. I drove to Udrive in Yeovil who sorted me a van, much better service and cheaper. Emailed Dorset vehicle rentals, no reply (no surprise).

I've hired a few transits and a luton van from Dorset Vehicle Rentals over the last year when moving house and buying large items for the new house. In this day and age of complex call centres, paper work etc- I've always found them a refreshing experience! One call, answered quickly by someone who knows what their talking about, brief chat about what I want, pop by and collect the van. Unlike other hirers that I've used in the past, the vehicle have always been in good condition. I look forward to collecting another van tomorrow. Great service and keep up the good work!!
