My parents were reluctant to accept care at the beginning, having new faces in your home is daunting. However the staff at Ann Mason made the transition a breeze. They are always happy, helpful and reliable. The help for my mother has been unmeasurable and its such a relief for all of us to know she is in safe hands. So I speak on behalf of the whole family when I say thank you to all the wonderful team for all their support so far and the support I know they will continue to give us.

I worked for Ann mason care previously and only left due to family commitments and they have been nothing but supportive to me. They are a lovely family run company that always support their staff . I really enjoyed working for them and would recommend working for them if you want a career in care.

I have used Ann Mason Care for over 2 years now, I cannot recommend them highly enough, I am a disabled single parent and the team of carers always go over and above for myself and my daughter, we feel they are part of our family, and we are in safe reliable caring hands.. having used other agencies Ann Mason was was a god send.. the professionalism of staff filters down from the top, always try to accommodate as best they can... I honestly could not say anything negative about them, because they are not only my carers they are also my family now.. great team, thank you..
