Having read other reviews on here, was pretty shocked that this company could attract any negativity. My own experience of this business is completely 5+ stars; responsive and professional, the polar opposite of so many others in a similar profession. ALL the staff and subcontractors (without exception) conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism and respect, which IMO is pivotal, but not a regular find within this industry. Similarly the quality of workmanship is 2nd to none and anything/everything has always been finished to the highest standard, with swift returns to site for the smallest matter that may have required further attention. The owner of this company is a marvellous orchestrator of both his own staff and sub-contractors, which means one is not left for days on end wondering who/if anybody will show up .......... We have employed and enjoyed the service of this company in both a personal and business capacity for a few years and they come highly recommended without any hesitation whatsoever.

Absolutely amazing! It was great to deal with a builder who turned up when he said he would and complete the work on time and for the price quoted. I would happily recommend Julian Byatt to anyone looking for a quality, reliable service at a fair price.
