        I've been going to this practice for the past few years. Generally all the dentist I had were quite good and professional. On the over hand, the front desk was disappointing many times, especially when I called to book an appointment at the phone. After several times this has now happened, I'm now looking to find a new practice, which is a shame. My feedback is to train the staff at the front desk to be polite with customer, a simple rule but sometimes taken from granted in order not to loose additional loyal customer.

        STAY AWAY from this company especially if you live in the USA. Ordered the kit with the mouthguards on June 15,2015. As of August 14 haven't received the kit OR A REFUND of my $41.98. Even after multiple emails and 1 from them saying I would be reimbursed in 5 business days which was 2 weeks ago. RIP-OFF COMPANY.Smile 4 You? more like Frown 4 You.
