    All round great experience dealing with these guys, both before and after the sale of our large format Roland. Always polite and helpful, with a wealth of technical knowledge I cannot fault the service. Between Peter, Mat and Kevin (the three I have been in contact with) they have all angles covered, from advice over the phone, to site visits for service and set up. A lot of companies seem to forget you after the sale is made, however Vistech go the extra mile by offering superb after sales care. Would recommend highly and will certainly use again.

    Vistech have always been top notch when it comes to servicing and advice. Today it cost me nothing to get advice when I had a colour issue which just turned out to be a powerful clean. I really hate seeing a negative review where there is no justification... it's just malice.

    Just the best support (again) from these guys on email today. An error cropped up for a fault that was repaired back in July, got a reply back via email from Mat within half an hour, tried a few things and throughout the morning and just after lunch we were back up and running again. Just SOOOOOO good to know they're there when you need them! Thanks!

    Called in this morning with a Rolland printer issue, given great advice to try a get me up and running even part number etc. then the engineer called me back and said he could be with me within the hour... Im all fixed, from first call to completed repair 4.5 hours **OUTSTANDING SERVICE**

    VTS have always serviced our Roland machines efficiently and professionally when required. Since their servicing, we have switched to the Sun Chemical inks that VTS offer with great results and no issues in print quality / colour matching/ print head life what so ever - far better than previous inks we were using. Last but not least, I must say a huge thank you to Kevin who has always been at the end of the phone when we have had any technical issues that need resolving - he will always guide us through on the phone & make a visit his last resort to save us money. During a service and print head replacement Kevin mentioned our scan motor sounded loud and it may be on it's way out - 6 months later, and he was 100% correct. Ordered the new parts and got guided through on the phone how to replace and reset the Limit Initialization. Could not recommend highly enough
