If you dislike pushy sales men, then this is the place for you. Sam was just completely lovely. Respectful that after test drive, you may need a minute or two to make a decision but wasn't far away to answer any questions. Sale was completed efficiently with all necessary documents prepared. I think he even topped up the fuel. And I got 12 months free RAC breakdown cover which was an added bonus. All in all, a seemless buying experience and completely painless. All I can say is thankyou.

Called about the 2009 Land Rover HSE advertised yesterday. Was advised that someone had previously placed a deposit on it but this had now been returned. Asked if the car was in a good condition and was assured that it was. Drove 2 hours from Worthing today to Poole to view. Can had many dings and scratches. Two doors had been freshly painted badly in a different colour to the rest of the car. Masking lines were still visible on the backs of the doors. Dealer categorically said that he hadn't painted the car. Asked if he would deduct the cost of painting the door correctly and he said no, take it or leave it - I'm going to put it up by another 500. Trip was a huge waste of time as the car was mis-described over the phone and poorly prepared. Would definitely not recommend them!

Bought a car (10-year old Twingo RS) from Autospot which was presented in lovely condition. Unfortunately, on the drive home, the clutch master cylinder failed, which to be fair to Autospot could not have been foreseen. I text Sam at Autospot late on a Saturday night, and he responded the same evening very apologetic. On follow-up call, advised they'd cover the cost of repair free-of-charge in case the warranty didn't respond for whatever reason. Warranty covered the cost of the repair, and a new clutch was fitted. Really pleased with the service throughout, and felt as though they went above and beyond and were genuinely disappointed to see clutch cylinder failed, but were willing to help out to get it sorted, even though the deal had been done. Top marks - excellent garage and wouldn't hesitate to use again.
