        ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! Called to enquire about buying their services, selected the number for sales, got shouted at by the person answering the phone that they're not in sales! Asked them to tell me what they do and refused, saying they're not in sales!? Told they're in customer services so can only answer specific questions, can't tell me about their services... even though they want to sell and I want to buy!? Asked to speak to a manager and told no managers are available, of course. Rubbish on the first call enquiring so certainly not the right impression to manage calls for your business!!!

        Poor quality service, have had issues before that were resolved after terrible customer service, this morning there was an outage. There has been no communication from the company around it. I then rang up and they said they wouldn't offer any kind of compensation as it was inline with their SLA. Seemed really uninterested in sorting the problem, the operator was unaware also that the lines were back up. The whole handling of this has been appalling, disgusted with the service.
