So, where to start? My long-tail super monkey cost me more than double the price Of my old e bike, but it's 10x the bike. Such a smooth and comfortable ride, it accelerates effortlessly really quickly to top speed. It arrived today and I took it along poole Quay down Bournemouth seafront to Boscombe pier. It looks amazing too, I felt like the cat's pyjamas rolling along the beach. If you're on the fence about buying one of these bikes, get off!! You definitely will not regret it. Go all bells and whistles too, lights, mudguards, caddy, the lot. As an added bonus, customer service is great. Matt and Chris are awesome. I feel confident going forward that any issues I have will be dealt with. In closing, buy one,you won't regret it

These guys really go the extra mile and relate to normal people. My wife would never have bought a bike but this company made the effort, nice and relaxed, no hard sale, genuine. Great bikes, great company. Would highly recommend.

I don't normal write a review but I really have to write something about Synch bike. Where shall I start. Before I brought my bike I had so many question with them, Chris was very patient and helpful with my questions. After purchased the bike, I took the delivery option, the delivery guy was amazing, he kept up with me with the time and ETA. Once he has arrived I thought I had to help show him to park the van near the garage so that I can assemble without pushing the box. Before I know it he just pushed the fully assemble bike out of the van. It was amazing, none of this watching youtube video and step by step assembly. Now, moving onto the bike, the battery was fully charge, I would just ride it straight away without any issue. The ride as comfortable and easy. What an amazing purchase. Thanks Chris and James.
