    Excellent and friendly yoga class, Sevi makes you feel very welcome. Great for keeping your body flexible and for maintaining good posture. Plenty of options on the exercises, so you can do what suits your body best. I feel very relaxed afterwards. I would highly recommend.

    Sevi is a wonderful, highly experienced and creative teacher with a very reassuring and detailed approach. Her classes are warm, fun and friendly; the flowing, carefully instructed exercises are both gentle and powerful and I always leave feeling so nourished and invigorated. Sevi's Yoga has been very helpful for managing a chronic pain condition and also improving general overall health and fitness. I can highly recommend that you try it for yourself!

    Sevi is an unusual and inventive teacher. Her classes are based on strength and flexibility and knowing what you body needs. She helps redress bad posture and other problems like sitting at a computer for too long If you have anything that needs attention or gives you pain Sevi will include it in the class so that you know which stretches to do when you have posture problems In particular she has helped me strengthen my back and the areas around my knee joints. Flexibility is just an extra plus for me that just helps with everyday tasks. After a class I feel lightly worked and energised and ready for whatever the rest of the day
