Ben, who installed the system, delighted us with his professionalism, attention to detail and pleasant nature. My new softener was fitted yesterday and I am very pleased. Ben was the fitter and he was efficient and very neat and tidy. He explained how the softener works before he left. He could not have been more helpful. I would definitely recommend this company!

If I could of left zero stars I would have. The worst company I have ever used. During the installation the fitter drilled through the main water pipe. A number of months after the installation the modifications they made to the plumbing pipework failed because they used a fitting which was part new and part old. This resulted in a massive leak and the entire ground floor of our house being flooded to a depth of 3 inches of water causing many 1000's of pounds of damage.
