Unfortunately my mother had an awful experience here a few weeks ago. They had a fabulous collection of glasses, but this was tarnished by terrible customer advice and service. My mother left crying, feeling like shed been bullied by staff there whilst choosing a pair of glasses. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

Fab, friendly and knowledgeable service. Amazing collection of carefully selected frames to choose from. I love my new sunglasses. I Highly recommend Nelson's Eye Patch opticians.

I've been admiring my husband's glasses for some months now (as handsome as Clark Kent!) and now he's got some really cool Maui Jim sunglasses too from Nelsons eye patch. They've got that reading bit at the bottom so he could row the Great River Race And see the map. Great opticians with makes you don't see anywhere else and such good service, so glad we get up to Norfolk sometimes. Sue Gross

Sorry I haven't got back to you sooner to say a big thank you for the trouble you took and the helpful advice you gave during my visit to you! I really appreciated your time mending my son's sunglasses. He was delighted with the result! I shall definitely return. Great find!
