Non Existant customer service. Needed to return an item in perfect condition and not only would the proprietor not reply but refused to even contemplate doing anything about it even though the return was purchased less than 24 hours before and was new season stock, This is the death of local retail. Online retailers dont even charge you for purchases until you choose to buy. I don't want to see the death of the high street but with pseudo retaiiers like Eliza Gray flogging granny clothes and refusing basic customer service then what do you think?
