We cannot thank them enough for property suggestions, being able to arrange viewings at convenient times, and also for going above and beyond after-hours during negotiations. Sowerbys great market knowledge and experience got us off to a good start with a prompt sale at a very satisfactory price. However, due to irregularities with our deeds the sale process stretched on for a considerable time, however, throughout that time Sowerbys, and in particular after sales specialist Joanna, did everything possible to keep moving things along and keep the buyers onboard. We are very very grateful for Joanna's input into the process. We cannot recommend Sowerbys highly enough.

We have been extremely impressed by the professionalism, efficiency and helpfulness of everyone at Sowerbys who helped us sell our property. Laura Bird is very skilled in matching clients to a particular property and quickly secured a buyer. She is an excellent negotiator and made sure that we obtained the best possible price. Joanna Lobb who took over once the sale was agreed has been brilliant in making sure that the sale made it to completion. We have had a few sticky moments along the way and Joanna has been so helpful throughout. She has always been at the end of the phone, even outside her normal working hours. She really does go the extra mile and we are very grateful to her for her persistence and determination to make sure that our sale went through. She has made the whole process less stressful than it might otherwise have been and she has been so pleasant during all our dealings with her.

Far and away the best Estate Agent experience I've had to date. The Sowerbys agents are knowledgable, approachable and always ready with prudent advice. Their marketing team did an exceptional job of putting together a brochure for the sale of our house, and both Laura and Paul consistently responsive and reassuring. A well deserved 5 star review from me!

As anyone who has bought or sold a house knows, it can be a very trying and frustrating time. So it proved with our sale but fortunately the Sowerbys team were always available with friendly yet professional assistance. The marketing brochure was superb, viewings were managed efficiently, feedback passed on promptly and advice always on hand. However, of all the team, Joanna deserves a very special mention and a huge thank you for getting the sale over the line. Without her calming influence, amazing patience and pragmatic negotiating skills, it would never have happened. Thank you Sowerbys and especially thank you, Joanna.
