It seems from your replies to negative FEEDBACK (note the emphasis on feedback) Francois Bouttier is never wrong because he has been in Holt since time began, its only Holt not the Centre of the Universe. I think Frequent Traveller's and Simon Whitworth comments were bang on. Both you and your assistant constantly staring at us as if we were a bunch plebs and making us feel you were thinking - 'what are they doing in my boutique they can't possibly afford any thing in here'...you did although provide us with entertainment during our stay in Holt as 'Francois' was the butt of our jokes - hilarious. This is honest feedback we were in your boutique for 5 to 10 mins and we all sensed you and your assistance constantly staring at us and seeming to judge us. Why didn't either of you ask if we needed any assistance with our choices? Hmm I wonder why, take it on the chin Francois and accept the feedback you have been given.

To be welcomed into such a lovely space with such beautiful clothes was a joy for me today. Looking for a particularly special outfit for a special occasion, was made so easy with the help of genuinely attentive staff. This will now be a go to place for me. I have to say please dont go here if you have children as you will not be allowed entry. I would suggest a clear list on the door as to the customers you require as it was made quite obvious my children and I did not fit your requirements. Thank you for making me feel small in an already difficult time. My money will be gladly spent elsewhere!! Please remember you were a child once!
