Bespoke Flooring of Holt

I first contacted for a quote on 5th March 2021, despite being warned of a 5 week wait for flooring, it took 10 weeks for our floor to be laid. Initially communication was okay but it became poor with myself having to chase emails. Flooring is relatively well laid although it was messy around the edges. Thankfully we have had skirting installed to cover the gaps / rough edges. It is obvious there are a number of high (or low depending on how you view the floor!) points in the floor which has led to furniture not sitting flat on some areas of the floor. Our builder said he had 'seen worse' suggesting the finish of the flooring could have been better.

I had new flooring done in three bedrooms and a corridor and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. There was no stress involved. The whole team from the owner to the guys who laid the flooring were so obliging and helpful. Well done to you all.
