The purchase of our cottage in North Norfolk with Big Skies was far from straight forward, with complicated conveyancing issues and a challenging attitude from the seller, Big Skies were simply fantastic. Excellent communication, tenacious chasing of both buying and selling legal parties, friendly weekly catch up calls and above all, an empathetic approach to a few curve balls that nearly made us walk away from the purchase twice. Without their support, guidance and brokerage of conversations between parties we would never have purchased our lovely cottage which we will now be able to give the love it deserves to get it back to the condition it deserves to be. Absolute pleasure to deal with and I wouldnt hesitate to highly recommend Big Skies. From the start the team were so friendly and did an amazing job of selling my cottage (over the asking price). They did what it says on the tin; quickly, extremely professionally and successfully. Response times are excellent. Commission rates are high but you do get the complete service and we really felt they earned it. . Like most estate agents there are times you feel they are on the buyers side but if anything, less so than others we have dealt with. They were recommended to me and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
