        We love Neptune. We live close to the Cambridge branch (full size house display) and this shop albeit fairly small is very well presented. The staff were friendly and really helpful. The only gripe for me is that Neptunes prices have risen quite a lot since last year.

        Once they have your money , it's a case of buyer beware !! Aftersales !! There is no" after " because they don't respond to e mails , and pass the buck back to head office . NO if I purchased from Neptune @ Holt , I expect Neptune @Holt to respond

        I visited the store today. I loved it! They have a fabulous array of items for sale. I could visit the store every day and find something to purchase. I wish this was on my doorstep. Lovely and friendly staff too!
