        Really poor customer service. Ordered a product via Joules that was faulty. Returned product to Perky Peach (following instructions provided) and I got in contact to ask about getting my postage costs refunded. I then received a very rude email and was suggestes to contactJoules even though the item was dispatched from Perky Peach and has to be returned to them NOT Joulew. Wanted to try this company as I thought products and service would be high quality, but would prefer to stay using other companies such as Sweaty Betty or Under Armour.

        Poor customer service and communication. Bought an item before Christmas, it arrived late and faulty. Tried to send back but had to pay for returns since we bought through friends of Joules (item was confirmed and shipped by perky peach). Staff just weren't helpful at all and service is incredibly poor for the price of the items. Avoid and consider alternatives with better service. We won't be using ever again.
