We have been trying to get a new window fitted due to a massive leak with water pouring in and these guys have messed us around for the last 3 months. They have repeatedly not shown despite us booking time off work, they don't answer phones and after a fourth no show this morning told me they were going to another job instead and that I should find someone else. Avoid like the plague.

AVOID - ROGUE TRADERS. I ordered a custom fit mirror and paid a 50% deposit back in February 2020 and 7 months later they still haven't been in contact with me to confirm a fitting date, or pay my refund. When I emailed to complain, they confirmed a new delivery date and then failed to turn up. I then sent follow up emails asking them to either fit the mirror or give me a refund, and the person simply responded with a short reply of "what's your bank details?", there was no explanation, no apology, no call, or even a signature block or contact number in the email, and they don't answer their phone number on their website either. They were very unprofessional and showed nothing but contempt towards me. I also know they have been working throughout the lock-down period, and they knew that the room where the mirror is to be installed has separate external access so they cannot make excuses with this. Their poor attitude and lack of professionalism gave me the impression that they are the type of local business that's really only interested in business to business trade with local housing developers. Whoever it is they have emailing customers needs to lose their attitude and get some training. I have still not received my refund.
