I would highly recommend Dorset New Build Snagging Surveys. Dennis was professional, polite, courteous, thorough and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and the report was sent to us in a timely manner. We were impressed at the detail of the report and he picked up anything from cosmetic to structural issues. We were confident to pass this comprehensive report to the developer, having peace of mind that anything that was picked up by Dennis was valid and was supporting by photographic evidence. Even the developers were impressed (although not too pleased at the number of snags they had to make good on!!). By far, the best money spent during the house purchase process. Thanks again Dennis!
