Never on time. Nearly died that one time. Inflated prices taking advantage of this. Destroying local environments for bus storage.

Looking for some good news read on. After missing the last bus from Wells to Sheringham, we contacted customer service, Ian, said he would divert a small bus to pick us up, which he did, we were driven to Holt, where Ian was waiting for us with a mini bus to drive us to Sheringham. What a tremendous service from a truly magnificent bus company. Sanders, you are amazing, thank you!

Stood in a queue in Sheringham today from 15.30 to 16.15 and neither of the timetabled coasthoppers turned up! No information , no one answered the phone. Appalling service.

*EDIT* Honestly Sanders Coaches, every journey I have had with you in the last few months has been a pleasure, your drivers have massively improved from the grumpy, rude people they used to be to people who seem proud to work for your company and happy to help their passengers. Your vehicle's and reliability have also improved massively. I used to dread any journey with Sanders, but now I find cruising along the A140 on an X44 to be a relaxing and pleasant experience. Hopefully you can attract more people back to the buses after their years of neglect. Good job Sanders, keep on improving. (I have also changed my rating from 2 to 4 stars) I believe it was Richard Wilson in character as Victor Meldrew in BBC comedy show One Foot In The Grave who once said "I have just spent 2 hours on what the Spanish inquisition used to call an iron maiden, and we now call public transport" I feel this quote is very relevant to sanders and their buses. If you fancy a bit of torture, just get on the x44 on a rail strike day, or in fact any day. You will find the joys of uncomfortable seats, 3 screaming baby's within 2 rows behind you(I know this isn't Sanders fault but it just adds to the torture), and drivers who are generally friendly but drive like they have 1 minute to live. As well, on the Norwich-Sheringham route, their fares are almost as high as the train, which is faster and more comfortable then the bus. Before you think I am anti public transport , I am not. In fact, I do not even have a car and public transport is my only way to get around. It's just sanders run such an awful service that I have to warn any possible victims of it. So if you are ever tempted to board a Sanders bus, may the Lord have mercy on your soul.

Followed a Sanders coach the other day that must have had a potential extreme engine failure as the exhaust emissions absolutely smelt awful, I had to hold back from the 35mph bus travelling in a 50mph limit area (lots of traffic behind) because I felt suffocated.
