When asked if they have any sweet or fruity Belgian beers, the bartender was confused and appeared to be overwhelmed by the 3 other customers who were waiting to be served on the Christmas switch-on evening... She said we don't have any, was passive aggressive, and asked her colleague to help me. Her colleague was more friendly, he recommended some beers they had in the fridge, which I tried - but the initial service really put me off this place.

Great place to drink in Holt. Used to serve simple food, which we miss. Only crisps and the like now.
