We received a great service from Prime Windows Devon. Having been drawn to the fact that as a family business Jason and Sam were very much on the shop floor. Jason surveyed our windows, advised on details and specifications really well and kept excellent one to one contact. That paid off when we received our windows and any manufacturer errors from Origin or Residence were dealt with seamlessly and promptly. Brad was our fitter, he was a pleasure to work with. His expertise not just in windows but building too, along with his calm manner made a huge part of our first time self build project a very smooth one. We love our windows and couldnt have asked for more.

We recently purchased a new front door from Prime. We had excellent service and communication all the way through,from choosing the door to final fitting and after care. A good job all round! We frequently have positive feedback from friends and visitors,when they see our new door. We especially love the colour and the glass panel design,and there's a large selection of both to choose from! Thank you Jason,Sam and team

Great support and attention to detail from Jason and Sam of Prime Windows when helping us choose our windows and doors. The quality of the "Origin" Aluminium windows and doors they supply (manufactured in the UK) in terms of looks, security and endurance are better than many other more expensive brands and we'd thoroughly recommend them.
